Booked sessions
Every paid optimization session and the time the customer chose. Mail is the pair that wraps a session: the booking confirmation, then the review request. A session marked slot conflict was paid for but its time was taken first - give it a new one with Move. Times are Europe/Warsaw local, the same as the day-off list.

Bug Reports
Sent from the desktop app. Each one is stored here and opened as a Discord ticket — if the bot was unreachable the report is still on this list, with the delivery error shown instead of a ticket. The ticket column is read back off Discord every 10 minutes, so closing a ticket there closes the report here.

App Errors
Faults the desktop app reported by itself. Grouped by fault, not by occurrence — the useful question is what is breaking, which a raw feed of repeats only buries. Dismissing a row clears every occurrence of that fault.
